    Running a Method Manually in the Main Panel Load the samples first by selecting the LOAD PLATE button. The motion system will move the sample holder tray to the front of the enclosure and the green DOOR button will illuminate.     APPENDIX C: Site Preparation and Installation Requirements The Covaris E series is delivered in a crate, whose dimensions are approximately 46” wide by 25” deep by 30” high. If doorways or elevators cannot accommodate these dimensions, the instrument and accessories will have to be removed from the crate at the loading dock. If this is necessary, be certain to remove all accessories from the crate before disposal.
