Data structure in the file "resNNNN_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS,csv"
CSV extension of the results file serves to open the file in standard spreadsheets and data analysis
software. Measurement results are recorded in rows. Items of a measurement record are organized
in columns. Symbols and abbreviations in the header row are as follows:
