Connect DC power to the shelf through the five-position -48V DC power-terminal strip:

Use a flat-blade screwdriver to loosen the screw beneath the -48V connector labeled "A" (see
below). Refer to
Table 9

Insert the -48 Vdc cable from your primary -48 Vdc power supply, then tighten the screw you loosened in
step 1.

Use a flat-blade screwdriver to loosen the screw beneath the RTN connector labeled "A."

Insert the RTN cable from your primary -48 Vdc power supply, then tighten the screw you loosened in step 3.

Use a flat-blade screwdriver to loosen the screw beneath the Frame Ground.

Connect your isolated earth ground cable, then tighten the screw you loosened in step 5.
