Sample misidentification can occur from the use of incorrect, poor quality,
damaged, dirty or improperly placed bar-code labels. Follow the

identification. Bar-code label incorrectly placed on sample tubes could cause
misidentified tubes. To prevent misidentified samples, affix the bar-code label as
shown below so the MCL can read the label.

Carefully align the label with the tube.

Press the label down securely, including edges and corners, without wrinkles or folds.
