Oven inner light
To turn the inner light on
Grilling with fan
The top centre heating element is turned on and its heat is distributed by the fan
resulting in perfectly grilled meat without the need to turn. It is ideal for small cuts
such as chicken pieces and racks of lamb.
The oven should be pre-heated for 5-10 minutes before use.
Keep the oven door closed when using the grill.
Traditional cooking
This method of cooking provides traditional cooking with heat from the top and
lower elements. Particularly suitable for traditional roasting and baking on the

Traditional cooking with fan
This method of cooking provides heat from the outer top and the lower elements,
plus the use of the fan to circulate the heat and ensure a fast and even
distribution. Suitable for baking pastries and biscuits on multiple levels when
browning is required.
Self-cleaning
This function cleans the oven cavity by raising the inner oven temperature to
approx. 500°C.
The grease and cooking stains are burnt off. The resultant ash deposits can be
wiped away with a soft damp cloth once the oven has cooled down. For best
cleaning results, the oven should not be completely cold but still slightly warm.
