Enabling Modbus protocol

Modbus TCP/UDP is always enabled in VACON
network settings (IP address etc) before using it. See Chapter 5.3.1.
When using Modbus RTU, you need to enable the protocol. After enabling it, protocol settings will
appear under panel tree P5.8.3.
