Power Off device and secure against being switched on again

Extreme danger!
If work is to be performed on the devices,
they must be powered off. That means that
DANGER!
all live lines must be switched off.
Switching off the device alone is insufficient,
as certain points may remain energized.
Therefore, switch off and lockout circuit
breakers before performing any work.
Extreme danger!
Severe accidents can occur if the device is mistakenly
switched on again.
DANGER!
Immediately after powering off, secure all switches or fuses
used for power against being switched on again.
• A strip of adhesive tape with the wording
"DANGER do not switch ON!" may be applied
over the actuation levers of circuit breakers
which cannot be removed.

must always be securely mounted immediately.
Extreme danger!
Prohibition signs must not be hung on or touch live parts.
