TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION LOW OPERATING Faulty pressure gauge Install new gauge. PRESSURE Insufficient Use larger garden hose; water supply clean filter washer at water inlet. Old, worn or incorrect Match nozzle number to machine spray nozzle and/or replace with new nozzle. Plumbing Check plumbing system for leaks. - Page 3 Clean coils with soot remover. B) SMOKES AT Lime build Clean inside of coils COLD-START up in coils using Landa's coil cleaner. WHEN BURNER Improper burner nozzle See combustion assembly breakdown. IS OF Electrode is misaligned Realign electrodres to specs.
- Page 4 TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION BURNER Disconnected or short All wire contacts should be LIGHT WILL in electrical wiring clean and tight. No breaks in wire. NOT LIGHT Burner motor thermal If tripped, check voltage, connections, and protector tripped extensions for cause. Check fuel pump shaft rotation for binding causing motor to overheat.
