AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND WARRANTY

• Ask your dealer for repair.
Incomplete repair may cause a water leakage, electric shock
or fire.
• Provide the following details when requesting for repair:
• Model name of air conditioner
• Serial number and installation date
• Malfunction: Describe in detail.
• Name, address, telephone number
• Repair after the warranty term is expired
Contact your dealer. Pay service will be provided if repair is
possible.
• Minimum storage period of important parts
Even after a certain type of air conditioner is discontinued, we
have the related important parts in stock for 9 years at least.
The important parts indicate parts essential to operate the air
conditioner.

Since dust collects after using the unit for several years, the
performance will be deteriorated to some extent.
Technical expertise is required to remove and clean the inter-
nal parts, so we recommend entering a maintenance and
inspection contract (at a cost) separate from normal mainte-
nance.
