PRMRR Size

The BIOS must reserve a contiguous region of Processor Reserved Mem-
ory (PRM) in the Processor Reserved Memory Range Register (PRMRR).
This item appears if SW Guard Extensions is enabled. The options are
Auto, 32MB, 64MB, and 128MB.

Hardware Prefetcher

(Available when supported by the CPU)
If this item is set to Enabled, the hardware prefetcher will prefetch
streams of data and instructions from the main memory to the L2 cache
to improve CPU performance. The options are Disabled and Enabled.

Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch

(Available when supported by the CPU)
Select Enabled for the CPU to prefetch both cache lines for 128 bytes as
comprised. Select Disabled for the CPU to prefetch both cache lines for
64 bytes. The options are Disabled and Enabled.

Intel (VMX) Virtualization Technology

(Available when supported by the CPU)
Select Enabled to use the Intel Virtualization Technology to allow one
platform to run multiple operating systems and applications in inde-
pendent partitions, creating multiple "virtual" systems in one physical
computer. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Note: If there is any change to this setting, you will need to
power off and reboot the system for the change to take effect.

BIST

Select Enabled to activate the Built-In Self Test (BIST) on reset. The
options are Disabled and Enabled.

AES

Select Enable for Intel CPU Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Instruc-
tions support to enhance data integrity. The options are Disabled and
Enabled.

Machine Check

Select Enable to activate Machine Check. The options are Disabled and
Enabled.
