B) Stilling well or Wave-Guide
A stilling well or Wave-Guide may be mounted in any position on the tank.

Stilling well application
A stilling well or Wave-Guide
is positively recommended for
horizontal cylindrical tanks
(to avoid multiple reflections):
6.1.3 Mounting on tank fitting
A) Horn antenna
Should be mounted on the tank fitting as close to the horizontal as possible (deviation < ± 2°).
Exception: if product surface is not horizontal, (e.g. particulate materials) the flange can be aligned
roughly parallel to it.
The antenna should project out of the fitting:
