NOTE
Wherever possible, park the vehicle on level ground. If it is unavoidable to
park on a slope: additionally shift to a drive position and lock the wheels with
a suitable object.
1. Shift to idle.
2. Turn ignition key to OFF position.
3. Activate parking brake.

Driving manoeuvres

6.6.1

Driving around corners

● Reduce speed when turning into a
curve.
● In curve, lean over the seat towards the
inside of the curve.
● Support on the footrest which faces the
outside of the curve.
● Shift weight towards steering direction.
● If the tyres lose ground contact: reduce
speed and lean towards the side where
the tyres are losing ground contact.
● Do not drive around tight bends.
● Increase speed evenly when leaving
the curve.
