Removing the steering arm

1. Remove the circlip a, and then remove
the steering yoke b by striking it with a
copper hammer.

2. Remove the steering arm from the swivel
bracket.

Installing the steering arm

1. Install the washer a and bushing b onto
the steering arm c.
2. Place the swivel bracket d in an upright
position, and then install the steering arm
c.

3. Install the bushing e, a new O-ring f,
the bushing g, and washer h.

4. Install the steering yoke i, making sure
it is facing the same direction as the
steering arm (aligning a with b).
