You have entered an invalid character in the S/B
units field. Valid characters are S or B.
You have entered an invalid character in the W units
field. Valid numbers are 3–99, increased or
decreased in increments of 3.
Leave the W units field blank if the Distance field is
blank.
Values allowed can be viewed on the Assignment
Window. Select an Assignment Type from the pop-
up window, or, if known, directly enter an
Assignment Type in the Assignment Type field.
You are attempting to either:
• Amend the Assignment Type for a patient
registration whilst also changing at least one
of the following values: GP Code, Date
Added or NHS Number. You must change
these one at a time.
• Internally transfer a patient to a dummy GP
whilst also specifying an Assignment Type.
You cannot assign a patient to a dummy GP
list.
The RPP Units entered on ID do not match the units
held for the GP on the RPP Table. Display the RPP
pop up window to compare the values.
You cannot delete an assignment code when none
exists for the patient's latest registration.
You must enter previous Authority details for
patients being transferred in.
Previous HA details not required for this patient.
You have entered an invalid cipher. Enter correct
cipher.
You have entered a previous HA cipher of "MGA".
This is no longer valid. Instead of "MGA", use the
correct one of the three "successor" ciphers SGA,
WGA or GWE.
You must not delete previous Authority details when
amending patient details.
You cannot enter SMO or NHS as the previous HA
cipher.
