3. Connect the CLI interface on the front panel of the control and switching card in slot
10 in the ZXA10 C320 to the laptop serial port. Keep the default values for the serial
port configuration.
4. Use a cross cable to connect the 10/100M interface on the front panel of the control
and switching card in slot 10 with the computer network port (unplug the control and
switching card in slot 11 first).
5. Configure the IP addresses of the debugging computer and the ZXA10 C320 in the
same network segment. Ping the ZXA10 C320 address on the computer and if it
succeeds, that means that the network connectivity is good. Otherwise, please close
the firewall of the debugging computer and check the data configuration of the ZXA10
C320.
6. Configure the
To configure the user name and the password of the FTP server on the ZXA10 C320,
perform the following steps:
a. Configure the FTP server address.
ZXAN(config)#interface mng1
ZXAN(config-if)#boot-server 10.63.11.10
b. Configure the user name and login password for FTP Client.
ZXAN(config-if)#boot-username ftpuser
ZXAN(config-if)#boot-password ftp123
The password should be the same as the user name and password configured in
the Wftpd32 software.
c. Check the configuration of FTP Server.
ZXAN(config-if)#show interface mng1
7. Save the version files necessary for upgrading under the specified directory when
configuring the Wftpd32 software.

6.2 Version Upgrading Flow

This section describes upgrading flow of the ZXA10 C320 (V1.2.0).
Prerequisite
The NE to be upgraded must not have any major alarm, otherwise it may influence the
upgrade. If there is any, clear the fault first and then upgrade the NE.
