Installing the Desktop Video Software The Desktop Video software works in conjunction with your Avid Artist DNxIQ hardware. The download for the Desktop Video Software is provided in your Avid Master Account. If you have a previous version of Desktop Video software on your system, uninstall it before you install the latest version supplied in your Master Account or on the Avid download center.
