1 Introduction

1.1 Outline

BTP-R681 is developed for high-end thermal receipt printing market, which is widely used.
BTP-R681 can be connected with other devices via serial, USB, Ethernet and WLAN. It
provides drivers for operation systems such as Windows 2000 / XP /Server 2003 / Vista /
Server200 / Win7 / Win8 /Win8.1 / Server 2012, POSReady2009 / POSReady7, Linux, Mac and
UPOS middleware.
Note: Windows and Linux drivers support 64-bit operation system.

1.2 Features

Drawer-style paper cabinet, paper out from the front, and easy maintenance;
Cabin-style integrated design, dustproof and waterproof (IP31), easy to remove the oil
contamination;
High intensity body and high load capacity, can be used as a storage table;
Low noise, high printing speed;
Support continuous paper, marked paper, and label paper;
Paper cabinet width is adjustable, compatible with various paper width of 56~82.5mm;
Cutter is designed for easy maintenance and can directly open the paper cabinet for cutter
maintenance when the moveable blade has not come back to its position;
Support paper saving, water mark, upside-down, two-color printing;
Rich interfaces: onboard USB, expandable serial / parallel / Ethernet / Bluetooth / WIFI /
serial + Ethernet interface;
Rich options: hanging bracket, LOGO plate, LED light bar, and cover plate of power switch
are optional;
Meet the requirements of Energy Star, Reach and RoHs, energy saving and environmental
protection.
