Adjusting the graphic
equalizer and storing the
personal files
You can adjust the sound by raising or lowering
the level of specific frequency band, then store
up to three personal files (P FILE) in the
memory.
Before adjustment, select the preset effect you
want for your basic sound (see "Selecting the
preset effect" on page 50).
Use buttons on the unit for this operation.

Press EQ EDIT repeatedly to select a
frequency band.
Frequency band and its level appears in the
display.

Turn MULTI JOG clockwise or
counterclockwise to adjust the level.

Repeat step 1 and 2 to adjust the level
of other frequency bands.

Press P FILE MEMORY.
A personal file number flashes in the
display.

Turn MULTI JOG clockwise or
counterclockwise to select the
personal file number (1~3) where you
want to store the setting.

Press ENTER.
The setting is automatically stored in the
personal file number you selected in step 5.
The previous setting stored at this memory
location is erased and replaced by the new
setting.
To call up the personal file
Turn MULTI JOG clockwise or
counterclockwise until the personal file number
you want appears in the display.
Tip
If you do not want to store a personal file, press
ENTER after step 3.
