Troubleshooting without using display
Problem
Required room temperature
not achieved.
Heat-up takes too long
Required room temperature
greatly exceeded.
Excessive room temperature
fluctuations.
Temperature rises instead of
falling.
Room temperature too high
during "Economy" and/or
"Frost" mode.
Incorrect or no control.
Controls can only be set to
automatic mode.
Domestic hot water tank
does not heat up.

Cause
Thermostatic valve(s) set too low.
Heating curve set too low.
Supply temperature controller on the
boiler set too low.
Air in the heating system.
"Heat-up speed"set too low.
Radiators become too hot.
Installation site of FW 200 unfavorable,
e.g. external wall, close to window, in a
draft, ...
Temporary influence of external heat on
the room, e.g. through solar radiation,
lighting, TV, fireplace etc.
Mixer time set incorrectly.
Clock time incorrectly set.
The building retains a lot of heat.
BUS connection or BUS device defective. Ask your installer actor to check the BUS
Mode selector defective.
Hot water temperature control on boiler
set too low.
Supply temperature controller on the
boiler set too low.
Remedy
Set thermostatic valve(s) higher.
"Heating levels"for "Comfort" or arrange
for installer to correct heating curve.
Set the supply temperature controller
higher.
Reduce influence of solar optimization if
necessary.
Bleed radiators and vent the heating
system.
Set "Heat-up speed" e. g. to "Fast".
Set thermostatic valve(s) lower.
"Heating levels"for "Comfort" or arrange
for installer to correct heating curve.
Select a better location for FW 200 and
ask your installer to reposition it.
Arrange for installer to increase "Room
influence".
Select a better location for FW 200 and
ask your installer to reposition it.
Have mixer time set by the installer
according to the technical data for the
mixer.
Check time setting.
Set an earlier switching time for
"Economy" and/or "Frost".
connection against the wiring diagram
and correct it if required.
Have FW 200 replaced by your installer.

Turn the supply temperature control on
