1. Remove a ll p ackaging m aterials.
2. Clean t he r oaster a nd l id w ith h ot w ater, d ishwashing
liquid, a nd a n on-­‐abrasive s ponge.
3. Wipe t he i nside a nd o utside o f t he r oaster w ith a
cloth.
USING T HE A PPLIANCE
1. Place r oaster o n a l evel s urface. I nsert t emperature
probe i nto t he r oaster w ith t he c ontrol k nob f acing
upwards a nd i n t he " OFF" p osiAon.
2. Plug c ord i nto a n e lectrical o utlet.

Turn t he c ontrol k nob t o d esired s e\ng, t he
indicator l ight w ill i lluminate. T he r ange i s f rom
225°F t o 4 25°F.

The u nit w ill n eed t o p reheat f ro 3 -­‐8 m inutes,
depending o n t he d esired t emperature s e\ng. I f
faster h eat u p i s d esired p lace t he l id o n t op o f t he
unit.
5.
Once t he i ndicator l ight g oes o ff, t he u nit i s r eady
for c ooking.

Cook f ood a s d esired.
8.
Once c ooking i s c omplete t urn t he c ontrol k nob t o
