BEFORE F IRST U SE
1. Remove a ll p ackaging m aterials. L ocate a ll i ncluded
parts b efore d iscarding t he b ox.
2. Clean t he s killet a nd l id w ith h ot w ater, d ishwashing
liquid, a nd a n on-­‐abrasive s ponge.
3. Wipe t he i nside a nd o utside o f t he s killet w ith a s oT
cloth.
USING T HE A PPLIANCE
1.
Place s killet o n a l evel s urface. I nsert t emperature
probe i nto t he s killet w ith t he c ontrol k nob f acing
upwards a nd i n t he " OFF" p osiAon.
2.
Plug c ord i nto a n e lectrical o utlet.
3.
Turn t he c ontrol k nob t o d esired s e]ng, t he
indicator l ight w ill i lluminate. T he r ange i s f rom
225°F t o 4 25°F.
4.
The u nit w ill n eed t o p reheat f or 3 -­‐8 m inutes,
depending o n t he d esired t emperature s e]ng. I f
faster h eat u p i s d esired p lace t he l id o n t op o f t he
unit.

to a void d amage t o t he c oaAng o f t he s killet.
5.
Once t he i ndicator l ight g oes o ff, t he u nit i s r eady
for c ooking.
