Ingredients

                2   c ups   c hicken,   c ooked   a nd   s hredded  
   
4   c ups   c ooked   e gg   n oodles  
   
1/2   c up   s our   c ream  
   
1   c up   m ilk  
   
3   c ups   c heddar   c heese,   g rated  
   
2   t ablespoons   b uEer  
   
1   t ablespoon   a ll-­‐purpose   fl our  
   
1   s mall   o nion,   fi nely   c hopped  
   
1   c love   g arlic,   m inced  
   
1/2   t easpoon   r ed   p epper   fl akes  
PreparaLon  
1. Heat   o val   r oaster   f or   3 00°F   d egrees   a nd   s pray   w ith   o il.  
2. In   a   l arge,   t all-­‐sided   s aucepan,   m elt   t he   b uEer   o ver   m edium  
heat.    
3. Add   t he   o nion,   s auté   u nAl   n ear   t ranslucent.   S Arring  
frequently,   a dd   g arlic   a nd   r ed   p epper   fl akes,   c ook   f or   t wo  
minutes   m ore.    
4. SAr   i n   fl our   a nd   c ook   u nAl   fl our   i s   a bsorbed.   S lowly   a dd   m ilk  
and   2   c ups   o f   c heese.   R eserve   1   c up   o f   c heese   f or   c asserole  
topping.    
5. Once   c heese   i s   m elted   a dd   s alt   a nd   p epper   t o   t aste.  
Combine   c hicken,   s our   c ream   a nd   n oodles   i nto   c heese  
mixture.   S Ar   u nAl   n oodles   a re   c oated   w ith   m ixture.    
6. Pour   m ixture   i nto   r oaster   a nd   t op   w ith   r emaining   c heese.    
7. Cover   a nd   c ook   f or   3 0   m inutes,   o r   u nAl   c heese   i s   m elted  
and   s auce   i s   b ubbling.  
8. Remove   f rom   r oaster   a nd   l et   c ool   s lightly   b efore   s erving.
