5.8 Cleaning or replacing ENERGIZING
LIGHT bulbs and filter panels
The lamp effect decreases over the course of time. As such, the replacement
intervals specified in the maintenance plan must be adhered to.
Replace faulty lamps immediately.

DANGER!
Danger of burns from hot lamps and surfaces!
Finger and hands may get burned when replacing lamps.
– Before carrying out maintenance work, wait until the
device has cooled down sufficiently.
WARNING!
Panels may fall down and break!
If the adjustment knob of the lamp segment is turned down-
wards when removing the panels, they may slip from their
guide.
– Turn the lamp segment so that the adjustment knob is
turned upwards.
NOTICE:
Small quantities of mercury can escape if the bulb/lamp
glass breaks!
Please comply with the following instructions:

Immediately disconnect the device from the mains pow-
er.

Children must leave the room immediately.

Ventilate the room for at least 15 minutes.

Put on disposable gloves.

With the window open: Collect the glass shards and
escaped mercury in a sealable container.

Bring the container to a collection site for waste lamps.
– Unscrew the screws (2 mm Allen key).
– Remove the covers on the left and right.
– Pull the acrylic glass panel out of the guide and remove it.
