Is TRON at "L" level?
Because "8" is OK, check the pattern, or check IC354"51", IC201"2", IC301"33" and IC401"55" for
short-circuiting or cold solder.

Is RF signal input?
Check IC201"51" (TP204), C365 and IC354"3" for cold solder.
If the signal is not input, check also the items in (9) for DVD.

Is ECS signal output?
IC354"55" (pulse)

Check the constant of the periphery of DSL and PLL
Check the capacitors and resistors connected to IC354"2" to "6" for cold solder.

Is clock signal input?

IC354 is defective
Error code "92" occurs when re-judging whether CLV is OK or not after all adjustments have
succeeded. Therefore, this error rarely occurs.
Check RF signal system (defective jitter).
Check DSL and PLL (PLL does not lock).
Mechanical unit is defective.

For video CD, because it is treated as CD in TEST mode, the above items are checked.
Even in normal operation, shifts into double-speed mode after TOC reading. Therefore, if NG
occurs only with video CD, check the constant of the periphery of DSL and PLL.
If picture does not appear in normal operation, check the lines between
IC354"18", "20", "21", "26" to "28" and IC351.
