Setting Up Your Piano

Turning on the Power

Headphones
① Connect the AC POWER ADAPTER. Insert DC plug
at the end of DC cord of the AC adapter into the piano
and AC plug at end of AC cord of the AC adapter into a
standard AC outlet.
☞ See 'Connecting the pedal cord and AC adapter' on page 9.
② Press the POWER switch. The power is turned on and
the initial display appears in the Multi Function Display.
The voice of Grand Piano is selected automatically.
☞ Adjust the volume by using MASTER VOLUME.
Press the POWER switch again when turning off the
power.
All lights and the LED display will turn off.
Connect a set of stereo headphones (optional) to
HEADPHONE jack.
Insert plug of the headphone into the HEADPHONE
jack on the bottom of the main unit.
When the headphones are connected, the internal
speaker system is automatically turned off.
Since the piano has two HEADPHONE jacks, two sets of
headphones can be used simultaneously, which allows
two people to hear the piano.
