Putting the unit into operation

Proceed as follows to put the Defensor PH27/PH27A into operation:
• PH27: fill the water tank (see chapter .1)
PH27A: open the shut-off valve in the water supply line.
• Connect unit to the mains.

CAUTION!
The Defensor PH27/PH27A is now ready for operation. The next chapter provides detailed informa-
tion on the operation of the unit.
Make sure the required supply voltage (see type plate) matches the local mains
voltage, otherwise do not connect the Defensor PH27/PH27A to the mains!
The Defensor PH27/PH27A must be connected only to grounded mains. Never
connect the unit to an outlet without protective earthing.
