At the Key Operator Functions menu, select System Configuration,

then Next, then Delivery Preferences.
Select CAD Workstation Configuration.

NOTE: All softcopy display stations appear on this screen. To define one as a
CAD Workstation, select the check box. Only unprocessed data is sent
to CAD Workstations.
Select the appropriate workstation and select Save Changes.
3.
NOTE: If your system has a DVD/CD Writer (also known as LOCALHOST),
you must check the LOCALHOST check box in order for images to be
archived in a format that can be retrieved by the DirectView system.
