9.TROUBLESHOOTING

Password forgotten
9.1.
In case you set up a lock password in the DSP unit and you don't remember it any
more, please take the following steps:
A) Power on the device
B) During a few seconds, an 8-character code is shown in the LCD display. Write it
down.
C) Send the code to export@master-audio.com
D) You will receive an answer with the unlock code as soon as your mail is
processed.
