1. Check the Power Cable

2. Replace the SMPS.
1. Check the Fuse (FU1) on PCB

2. Check the Diode(D36 ,D37, ZD 6) on PCB
3. Check the VDRV signal whether it is short.

3. Check Generated Frequency
