7·56 CHASSIS
• InslaUthe brake cam lever
<D
to the brake camshaft (2).
• A1ign the pounched mark
®
on the brake cam lever with the
slit @ on the brake camshaft (%).
• Tighten the cam lever nut to the specified torque.

Cam lever nut: 12 N·m (1 .2 kgf-m, 8.Slb-It)
• Install the new O-ring to the brake panel.
I CAUTION I
O-ring should be repl aced with a new one.
• Apply SUZUKI BOND M 1207B
ft to the mating surface of
the
brake panel.

• Inslallthe new O-ring @ onlo the rear axle housing.
• Install the brake panel
@
to the rear axle housing.
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER ", 360 ft to the bolts and tighten
them to the specified torque .
• 99000-32130: THREAD LOCK SUPER " 1360"

Breke panel bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.S Ib-It)
