• Install the disc to the wheel hub with the punching letter
showed.
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPE R "1360
n
to the brake disc
bolts
and lighten them to the specifted torque.

Brake disc bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf·m, 16.5 Ib·1t)
• Install the wheel hub.
ICAUTION I
When Installing the wheel hub, make sure the spacer

Is properly positioned.
• Tighten the front wheel set nuts

and hub nul

to the
specified torque.

Front wheel set nut: 50 N·m (5.0
kgf~m,
36.0 Ib· ft)
Front w heel hub nut: 100 N·m (10.0 kgf-m, 72.5Ib-ft)
NOTE:
• First, remount the fron t wheets and fower the jack, and then
tighten the front hub nut to specified torque.
• After instalfing the front hub nut, insert
a
new cotter pin into the
driver shaft.
MASTER CYLINDER REMOVAL AND
DISASSEMBLY
• Place a rag underneath the brake hose union bolt on the mas-
ter cylinder to catch any spilt brake lIuid. Remove the brake
hose union bolt and disconnect the brake hose.
