6-10 OIL COOUNG AND LUBRICATION SYSTEM
• Use a new O-ring and install the oit hoses to the crankcase.
• Apply
grease to the O-rings.
ICAUTION I
Use a new O-ring to prevent engine
oil leakage .

99000-25030 : SUZUKI SUPER GREASE " A" (USA)
99000-25010 : SUZUKI SUPER GREASE " A" (Olhers)
• Apply THREAD LOCK
to the
oil hose bolts and tighten them
to the specified torque .
• 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK " 1342"
~ 011 hose boll: 10 N·m
(1.0 kgl-m, 7.3Ib-1t)
• Pour engine oil. (c:72-11)
