• Fix the universal joint yoke with the snap ring.
2WD/4WD SHIFTING
• Instatl the new shifting fork shaft oil seal with the special tOOl,
and then apply grease to the seal lip.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE " A" (Others)
• Install the 2WO/4WD shifting fork, springs, shaft and circlips,
as shown.
FRONT DRIVE (DIFFERENTIAL) GEAR CASE (FINAL
ASSEMBLY]
• Install the removed shims to the gear case and its cover.
• InstaH the differential assembly to the gear case.
• Install the dowel pin and apply a sealant to the mating surface
of the case .

NOTE:
After the backlash and tooth contact have been checked or
adjusted, apply
a
sealant to the mating surface of the case.
• When installing the gear case cover, align the shifting fork
with its groove.
