Click P PAUSE to release recording pause.
Recording starts.
After about 10 seconds, the CD starts to play.

To stop recording,
Click p in the REC EDIT control panel.
If the CD SYNCHRO button does not operate
It means that you cannot record on this cassette (the tabs
have been removed).
If you press the CD SYNCHRO button while playing a CD
It is cancelled after 10 seconds. The CD SYNCHRO button
only works when the CD player is in stop mode.
When you record more than one CD
The tape automatically pauses the recording while the
CD player changes the disc trays.
To go back to the previous menu
Click RETURN or press RETURN on the remote control.
To exit to the main menu.
Click EXIT or press EXIT on the remote control.
Note
Adjusting the volume will not effect the recording level.
But this will change the sound levels you hear through the
speakers or headphones.
Recording from CD Manually
With manual recording you can record a CD however
you like, for example, you can record just the songs
you want, or start recording from the middle of the
tape.

Press EJECT § on the right speaker and insert a
blank tape into the tape deck, with the side you
want to record facing forward.
Make sure the tabs on the cassette have not been
removed.

Click FUNCTION in the main menu.

Click CD.

Select the play mode you desire and, if necessary,
click a disc button (

When the play mode is set to either CONTINUE or
SHUFFLE
Clicking a disc button starts playback. In this case, click
p to stop playback before proceeding to step 6.

Click REC EDIT.

Click d repeatedly to select how to record the
tape.

* Recording always stops at the end of the reverse side.
Be sure to start from the front side.

Click DOLBY NR to select "DOLBY NR: B" or
"DOLBY NR: C" when you want to reduce tape
hiss in low-level, high- frequency signals.
