To create a new user:
1. Click User Management > Add User on the left tabs of the VIA web pages.
The Add User tab appears.
2. Type the new Username, Password and Password Confirm.
3. In the User Role section, select from the following administrative levels:

Web Administrator – access to change all system settings, including using
ePolling and Digital Signage.

ePolling – able to create polls (see section ‎

Digital Signage – able to configure the Digital Signage (see section ‎
4. Select one of the following participation levels:

Moderator – user is able to become a moderator and has access to features

The user must have Moderator status to have ePolling enabled.
