• Under Windows or LDAP authentication, a user logs in to the same user account by using
multiple login user names, and these multiple login names are registered in the Address Book
as separate users.
The following operations are exempt from print volume limitation:
• Printing from an operating system that does not support the current authentication method.

Specifying Limitations for Print Volume

1.
Log in as the machine administrator from Web Image Monitor.
2.
Point to [Device Management], and then click [Configuration].
3.
Click [Print Volume Use Limitation] under "Device Settings".
4.
Select [Stop Job] or [Finish Job and Limit] in the "Machine Action When Limit is Reached"
list.
If you do not want to limit print volume, select [Allow Continue Use].
5.
For each print condition, enter a per-page unit count between "0" and "200" in [Print
Volume Use Limitation: Unit Count Setting].
If you specify "0" for a print condition, no volume restriction is applied to jobs matching that
condition.
6.
Click [OK].
7.
Log out.

Specify the printer behavior when printing limit is reached.
[System Settings]
or [Finish Job and Limit]
If you do not want to limit print volume, select [Allow Continue Use].
3.
Enter a per-page unit count.
[Print Volume Use Limitation: Unit Count Setting]
to enter a per-page unit count between "0" and "200"
If you specify "0" for a print condition, no volume restriction is applied to jobs matching that
condition.
