Sector Status Panel
The sector level information is shown here. There is nothing that can be changed for an
active sector. The parameters are set before the base station is activated and are duplicated
for each HSU in the sector.

The last two items are of special interest: The Status (shown as Active) indicates whether
the HBS has been activated or not. The Time Slots bar indicates how many out of 16 time
slots, have been allocated to HSUs. Allocation of time slots between HSU provides a basic
form of prioritization between them. Normally you would not leave unallocated time slots
unless you intended to add more HSUs. Every HSU requires at least one time slot.

Base Station Panel

The displayed items in the Base Station panel are straight forward.
