To
integrate
dLAN pro 1200+ WiFi ac into an ex-
isting Wi-Fi network with dLAN pro
wireless devices of the 500 series
(e.g. dLAN pro 500 Wireless+), you
have to transfer the settings of your
existing Wi-Fi configuration manually
to the configuration interface of the
dLAN pro 1200+ WiFi ac.

terface, refer to Chapter 4 Network configu-
ration.
3.4.2 Starter Kit and Single Kit—Setting
up a new dLAN pro network
Connect the dLAN pro 1200+ to your Internet
access device's network jack.
Plug the dLAN pro 1200+ WiFi ac into a wall
socket. The device is ready to operate once the
indicator light of the encryption button with the
home icon turns white (after approximately 45
seconds).
Access point –
To disconnect the device from the
mains supply, unplug the device from
the electrical socket. The power out-

Connecting the dLAN pro 1200+ and a
dLAN pro 1200+ WiFi ac as a dLAN pro network
Before you can use the device in a dLAN pro network,

a delimited dLAN pro network. Shared use of the dLAN
password serves as access control to the dLAN pro net-
work as well as the encryption, and thereby the inter-
ception protection, of the transmitted data.
