10• STANDARD REPAIRS - PROBLEMS AND REMEDIES
Most operating problems are due to wrong handling and using, poor use of the lawnmower or the lack of normal recommended maintenance.
The following table describes simple methods of determining a few malfunctions and correcting them.
If the problem persists, we recommend that you contact one of our approved ETESIA dealers (list on requist to ETESIA - 67165
WISSEMBOURG Cedex - France).
Before doing anything, remove the security key.
ANORMAL OPERATION
Uneven running, strong vibrations
Poor cutting
The lawnmower is difficult to engage in gear
or disengage (NACTS)
The grass box fills badly
Grass remains
The voltage indicator of the charger does not
turn on
The LEDs of the display will not turn on and
charge indicator remains off when the charger
is turned on
The charge indicator is green, but the 5 lights
on the charge status display of the storage cell
are not all on
The charge indicator is red, and the lights on
the charge status display of the storage cell
are all off
The motor will not start
The engine is switched off and all the lights
on the display are on
Important: Only use ETESIA parts as replacements. The quality of the work, the life of the lawnmower and your safety
depend on it.
In addition to risks incurred by the user, the use of parts other than the manufacturer's will result in the cancellation of the warranty for any
damage caused. ETESIA refuse to accept responsibility for accidents due to the use of parts not coming from the manufacturer.

Coupling washer defective
Blade mounted upside down
Blunt blade
Blade not turning in a horizontal plane
Wrong choice of cutting height
Wrong adjusted or stretched clutch cable
Defective blade or mounted upside down
Cutting too low
Blocked grass box grille
Opening and housing blocked by cuttings and
earth
Height adjustment too low
Opening and housing blocked by cuttings and
earth
Default charger power
Default on the charging circuit of the storage cell
(fuse «F15A» of the rechargeable storage cell is
missing or defective)
The charge was interrupted because of
overheating of the rechargeable storage cell
The charge was interrupted because of
overheating of the charger and the rechargeable
storage cell is automatically put on standby
The rechargeable storage cell is not properly
installed
The rechargeable storage cell is not sufficiently
charged
The rechargeable storage cell is in the stand-by
mode
The security key is not in place
The fuse of the rechargeable storage cell marked
«T30A» is absent or defective
The storage cell has reached its maximum
operating temperature and is safe
REMEDY
Rebalance or replace the blade
Tighten the attaching screw
Have replaced
Refit with blade surfaces facing the engine
Sharpen or change
Straighten or change
Match the cutting height to the working conditions
Contact an approved ETESIA service engineer
Replace or refit correctly
Change the cutting height
Clean with a brush
Remove the security key and then clean the
housing
Adjust the deck cutting height lever
Remove the security key and then clean the
housing
Unplug the power cord and verify its good
condition and make sure the outlet is turned on
Installing or replacing the fuse «F15A»
Unplug the charger and let it cool, then reconnect
to resume charging

Remove the rechargeable storage cell, make sure
to clean the connectors and reinstall it
Recharge the storage cell
Press on the «I/O» button on the display of the
rechargeable storage cell to activate it (the lights
on the display must be turned on)
Insert the safety key into its holder and push it all
the way
Installing or replacing the fuse «T30A»
Release the starting lever and let cool for at least
2 minutes before you can restart the motor
