f) CA362E charger is not intended for use by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or by those with a
lack of experience or knowledge; unless they benefit from the
intermediation of a person responsible for their safety, supervision
or preliminary instructions concerning the use of the charger.
Children should not be allowed to use the charger. The charger
and its connecting cords should be kept away from the reach of
children.
It is advisable to supervise children to ensure they do not play with
the charger.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
N-ERGY PA362E rechargeable storage cell and CA362E charger
should not be exposed to moisture and water penetration:
• Do not wash the rechargeable storage cell and the charger. Brush
them as needed and wipe them with a dry rag.
• Do not immerse the rechargeable storage cell and the charger.
• Do not mow in rainy weather.
• When not in use, unplug the charger and remove the rechargeable
storage cell of the mower.
• Store the rechargeable storage cell and the charger in a cool and dry
place where they are not likely to be damaged.
The rechargeable N-ERGY PA362E storage cell should not be left
within reach of children:
• Small metal objects may be introduced into the connectors and
cause a short circuit.
N-ERGY PA362E rechargeable storage cell must be handled with
care:
• Do not expose the rechargeable storage cell to shocks. Do not knock
it against an obstacle; do not let it fall to the ground.
• If you need to transport your mower, remove the rechargeable
storage cell.
• Do not carry or store the rechargeable storage cell with metal
objects that could cause a short circuit.
The rechargeable N-ERGY PA362E storage cell should only be
used for appropriate products defined by ETESIA:
• Any other application may pose risks endangering the user and the
risk of damage to the storage cell.
The rechargeable N-ERGY PA362E storage cell must be installed
on its support as indicated in the instruction manual of the
device:
• Never unreasonably force its set-up (pressure, shocks, etc.) as you
risk damaging the components.
The rechargeable N-ERGY PA362E storage cell should not be
exposed to/used at a high temperature (above 50 ° C):
• Overheating it could pose a risk of performance degradation
(reduction of its range, lifetime, etc.) and even the risk of catching
fire.
The storage cell is activated and put in stand-by mode by a «long»
press on the «I/O» button on the display:
- Lightly press the «I/O» button with your finger for 1-2 seconds.
- Never press with an object as it could damage the button.
Warning! N-ERGY PA362E rechargeable storage cell must only
be recharged with the CA362E charger:
• CA362E charger has many automatic features and has been
specially designed for recharging in complete safely.
• CA362E charger should only be used for recharging the
rechargeable N-ERGY PA362E storage cell. It should not be used to
recharge non-rechargeable batteries in any case.
ABNORMAL OPERATION:
• You should always avoid using your lawnmower, rechargeable
storage cell, or charger if you realize that they do not function
normally and search for the causes.
• If you feel a suspicious odor or see abnormal heating of the
rechargeable storage cell, immediately remove it from the mower or
disconnect the charger and do not use it anymore.
