■ In case the product is wet
• In case the product is wet, clear the
water from the product, and wipe off
with a clean dry cloth.
• In a cold region, if the water droplets
are on this product, it might get
frozen. Using the product under this
condition might cause a fault. Do not
use the product without wiping off the

■ Rubber seals
• The rubber seal around the au Nano IC
Card 04/microSD memory card tray
helps maintain the waterproof and
dustproof properties. Do not damage
or remove the rubber seal.
• Make sure the rubber seal does not
get caught when installing the au
Nano IC Card 04/microSD memory
card tray. Forcing to close with the
rubber seal stuck will damage the seal
and the waterproof and dustproof
properties may be degraded. A minute
dust (such as a hair) may cause
intrusion of water or fine particulates.
• When the product gets stained with
any liquid other than water (such as
alcohol), the durability performance
may be degraded.
