Where to check
• Are you operating
with gloved hands?
• Are you operating
with a fingernail or
foreign object on the
screen?
• Turn the power off
and then back on
again.
• If you do not perform
any operation for a
certain period of
time, the screen will
automatically go
blank to save the
battery power (sleep
mode).
• Is the receiver
volume at the
lowest level?
• Are you covering the
earpiece with your
ear? Make sure that
the earpiece is
placed at the center
of your ear.
