INSTALLATION

1. Remove 4 mounting screws
(main chassis) and remove
mounting plate.
(picture 1)
2. Carefully align metal mounting
plate with installation position
and secure. Use correct screws to
suit the vehicle and location.
*NOTE: If the ceiling structure is curved or uneven,
a backing board (eg plywood) may be required first
as a base to hold the metal mounting plate.
3. Carefully locate all cables so no
damage occurs to either the unit
or vehicle.
4. Attach (4 screws) monitor frame
to metallic mounting plate.
(Do not overtighten screws)
For hot environments we recommend applying e recommend applying
a sheet of Dynamat Xtreme between the roof
and mounting plate. Heat affects performance
of laser pick-ups.
