Preheating Function The preheating function can be activated after you have chosen the functions: Convection, Grill Fan, Bottom-Convection, MW-Convection, MW-Grill Fan and Microwave-Bottom-Convection. 1) Press button. The preheat icon appears in the display. 2) Press button to start preheating. If the right temperature is reached, you will hear three beeps. You can stop the preheating by opening the oven door or by pressing the ON/OFF button.

Indesit Company SERVICE INFORMATION MICROWAVE LEAKAGE TEST CAUTIONS • Be sure to check microwave leakage prior to servicing the oven if the oven is operative prior to servicing. • The service personnel should inform the manufacture importer, or assembler of any certified oven unit found to have a microwave emission level in excess of 5 mW/cm should repair any unit found to have excessive emission levels at no cost to the owner and should ascertain the cause of the excessive leakage.

Indesit Company SAFETY CHECKS AND TESTS AFTER SERVICING Constructional Checks If mechanical or electrical (electronic) parts have been replaced be sure to follow the following steps. 1.1 Check for correct wiring, adequate mechanical decrements of parts, and firm connectors. 1.2 Check for adequate grounding. 1.3 Check the following items before turning the oven ON.
Indesit Company DOOR SWITCH ADJUSTMENT When a door switch is removed or replaced, ensure it is adjusted as per the instructions below. Failure to do this can result in the turntable rotating continuously. Ensure the door latch depresses the red microswitch lever. Check both switch assemblies. If it does not make the lever, unscrew the assembly and move it forwards until it does.
Indesit Company DISMANTLING INSTRUCTIONS Important Safety Notes Always isolate the microwave oven from the electricity supply before attempting any servicing procedure. Always discharge the high voltage capacitor when inspecting and repairing the high voltage side of the microwave. Never attempt to run the appliance with the cabinet removed or the door open. Refer to Safety Warnings on pages 2 and 4.

Indesit Company Remove the five screws - three on the bottom of the internal frame and two on each external end of the frame. Fig. 5. Release the panel from the centre locating lug. See Fig 6. The console panel drops forwards to gain access to the circuit boards. Remove the two screws holding the console backplate to the console.

Unhook and lift the mains cable clear. Remove one screw securing the black holder and carefully release the retaining lugs.

Disconnect the wiring, remove one screw and bend the tab to the release thermostat. Remove the five screws to release the large air guide and two for the small air guide.

Indesit Company Convector Assembly (Includes Fan Motor & Rear Heater) Release the microwave from its housing. Remove the cabinet top (A). Remove the cabinet back panel (B). Disconnect the wiring and remove the two 7mm nuts. Remove the ten screws and lift away. On re-fitting, ensure that the rubber seal is placed in the location holes.

Indesit Company Turntable Motor Release the microwave from its housing. Remove the plate, keyway coupler and washer. Carefully place the microwave on it’s side. Remove the one screw and disengage the two lugs to lift the panel clear. Disconnect the wiring. See Figs. 48-50. Fig.

Indesit Company Outer Door Glass Release the microwave from its housing. Remove the door assembly (W). Using a flat knife, gently ease the inner door panel from the inner door. There are plastic clips securing it to the panel. The seal will detach. Remove the six screws securing the inner panel to the outer door.

Indesit Company Door Hinges, Door Handle & Door Latches Release the microwave from its housing. Remove the outer door glass (X). Invert the inner door and remove the three hinge securing the screws each side. Remove one door handle screw each side. Release the spring to remove tension.
