The Electrocardiogram (Ecg)
• Ecg: electrical manifestation of heart activity recorded
from the body surface
• monitoring of heart rate
The Ecg signal can be recorded fairly easily with surface
electrodes placed on the limbs and/or the chest, see pages
below.
