Saving Newly Created Elements

If an Element has been modified or newly created then it must be saved in
order to use it in the future. Clicking Save will open a dialogue box where
the user can set the Element name and if desired, save the Element under
a particular theme.
Elements such as gauges can be customised by changing the Bitmap used
for the face or needle or both, and also the range displayed by the gauge.
If these changes are to be permanent and the Element used again with
this set-up it needs to be saved.

When saving an Element the user is given the option of assigning to it a
category or theme such as Retro or Classic for example. The Theme
dropdown list presents the user with a list of currently defined categories.
It is also possible to create a new theme by clicking on the 'New Theme'
button.
