5-3-7 Reel torques

(1) Preparations when using a torque gauge
1) Set the recorder to the loading status, referring to "5-3-6 Method of setting the mechanism to
loading status without inserting tape".
2) Assemble the torque gauge adapter and torque gauge, and place them on reel.
