Battery
Your motorcycle has a maintenance-free type
battery. You do not have to check the battery
electrolyte level or add distilled water. Clean
the battery terminals if they become dirty or
corroded.
Do not remove the battery cap seals. There is
no need to remove the cap when charging.
What to do in an emergency
If any of the following occur, immediately
see your doctor.
Electrolyte splashes into your eyes:
Wash your eyes repeatedly with cool

water for at least 15 minutes. Using
water under pressure can damage your
eyes.
Electrolyte splashes onto your skin:
Remove affected clothing and wash

related accessories contain lead and lead
compounds.
Wash your hands after handling.
