DSC program options allow the operator to set
the amount of time an audible alarm will sound
when a routine call is received and if an alarm
should warn the operator when poll or position
calls are received. The operator may also
change the default DSC channel that is used for
all DSC calls.
To program the audible alarm time and disable
poll and position call alarms, press

The alarm time may be set from 2 to 20
minutes. Pressing a key while the alarm is
sounding will stop the alarm before the alarm
time has expired.
While most DSC calls should be sent on
channel 70, it is possible to change the
channel that will be used when transmitting
routine DSC calls.
