4. TROUBLESHOOTING

4-1. Does not turn ON
Check the voltage and
placement of the battery.

4-2. Memory error occurs after booting IT-3100.
Memory error may occur when IT-3100 with an empty backup battery is booted.
In this case, initialize the memory as indicated on the display.
4-3. The diagnostic program cannot be loaded.
Refer to "4-12. PCMCIA NG".
4-4. SDRAM NG
Replace the MAIN PCB and check again.
4-5. NAND-FROM NG
Replace the MAIN PCB and check again.
Check if LCD
OK
connector and BL connector
are correctly inserted.

Check on the
detection SW.
